Activity 1

In this activity, we want you to think of three occasions when you were at your best, when you did something you really felt good about. The occasions can be of any duration from a few minutes to a year. Relive the experiences. If you can, tell somebody close to you a story about these experiences. List a few areas of strengths, which characterised you on each occasion. (Example: A person mentioned that he had learnt to ride a bike at the age of 43 years, which, for him, represented courage, perseverance and commitment to learning.)
