Reflection
INNOVATOR IN ELECTRONICS
This theme was un-imaginable from start, as we had little
skillset and started learning from scratch
.
We have learned how to use QCC tools to develop
methods to find the optimal solutions to the problem and
practiced how to present.
Deeply understand that "a person's ability is limited, but
the strength of a team is unlimited". Cross-departmental
cooperation and communication is the key.
We must change our mindset, so that we can keep up with
the pace of the new technological era and achieve the result.
