Examination in ER found her to be in sinus bradycardia with a HR of 47 bpm. BP at that time was 76/43, respirations of 34, and was afebrile. She was cool and clammy to the touch yet appeared a bit dazed and confused. After medication was administered, the heart rate came up to 86 and blood pressure to 132/74 with respirations to 20. Chest pain and shortness of breath have subsided.
