Context: “Company ABC” is a small shopfitting company that does far more than just shopfitting, offering a range of services from shopfitting, construction, basic electrical and plumbing, partitioning and ceilings, all the way to interior design, and more. Employees here are hired with some relevant experience in certain fields (Shopfitting, carpentry, etc) and have to self-teach themselves how to do other jobs from assisting and watching more experienced co-workers do them. “Company ABC” primarily does work constructing and maintaining Pharmacies, but also do odd jobs and Kitchens when work is hard to come by. “Company ABC” has been struggling financially since COVID-19 to stay afloat often losing money on jobs because of the time taken to complete them or because the quote has been reduced to the point of being at cost or a loss in the hopes of finding favour from clients for "Big Jobs" (Constructing entire shops from start to finish or stripping and renovating old ones). Employees aren't involved in any planning or design work of jobs, but rather get told what to do and do the work to the best of their abilities. Some of Dynamic Displays goals would be to be financially stable (Having a consistent supply of "Big Jobs"), have less small jobs getting quoted at cost or at a loss to find favor, be able to replace old tools and buy a variety of new tools, to employ or train workers to be trusted with every job rather than having workers with specialized/ limited skills and having them only do those specific jobs with assistants to help sometimes.
