An 8-year-old female was found seated on steps in the backyard after swimming. Upon arrival, Pt complains of SOB with wheezing heard as you approach the patient. Hives were noted systemically on the skin. The has cyanosis around the lips and is pale and cool to the touch. No past history, no allergies to any medications. The BP was 60/420 and the cap was refilled 4 times a minute. PR 134 and RR 32 with wheezing. Pt is not taking any medications. What would you do with the EMT scope of practice to manage this patient?
