Three of the sources--those by Smith, McMillan, and Johnson--cannot be verified with the citation information provided. Thus whether or not three credible sources are present in the proposal is not clear. Appropriate corresponding citations are provided for the source by Rothenberg. The sources by Smith, McMillan, and Johnson cannot be retrieved with the reference citations provided. The source from USA Today is also missing author information in the reference citation.
