I need help looking for a quote I’ve heard. Does anyone know who It came from and what the quote is verbatim?

I remember it being an author who said it in a video but I can’t remember who. I feel like it was either John Green or Stephen Chbosky since I read two books by them.

All I remember is that I heard it in a video of a man speaking and the quote was something about how if the book matters so much to the reader on a personal level, then that’s enough.
