We want to divide whole sand into scoops, so we have to divide 4/5 by 1/20. Lets do this

We know that if we want to divide 2 fraction we can multiply first by inverse of second fraction instead of dividing.,so:
[tex] \frac{ \frac{4}{5} }{ \frac{1}{20} } [/tex]
[tex] \frac{4}{5}* \frac{20}{1}= \frac{4*20}{5*1} = \frac{80}{5}= 16[/tex] scoops - its our result.
