(also please read the comments i have below too. well actually the comments i have there are more of the directions to the project or i mean to these 3 questions and then there are a couple comments that i put there too.)



Answer :

ok. So i think the forecast here is cloudy with a 60% chance of rain. I searched the weather on  the internet. and it said it is raining with 46 degrees. I think i came to the correct conclusion. Some data that helped me was when i was outside. I felt It was raining.
