= 1 + [ 2x - 3 * 9]
=1 + [2x - 27]
= 1 + 2x - 27
associate property of addition
=
1 - 27 + 2x
commutative property of addition
= -26 + 2x
= 2x - 26

1.8=5/5+4/5=9/5

0.2=1/5

1.8/0.2=(9/5)/(1/5)=(9/5)*(5/1)=9

Therefore:
1+[2x-3(1.8/0.2)]
=1+[2x-3(9)]
=1+[2x-27]
=1+2x-27
=2x-26
=2(x-13)
