I can't think of what the form is called, but the slope is in that equation.

[tex]y= \frac{-4}{3} x-1[/tex]
slope intercept form: y=mx+b
y=y
[tex] \frac{-4}{3}x[/tex]=mx
-1=b
mx=slope
slope= [tex] \frac{-4}{3} [/tex]x
