so you need to pick apart the equation to discover the slope and the y intercept.
following the formula y=mx+b 3/2x would be the slope and -1 would be the y intercept.
you would graph the point (0,-1) for the y intercept then go up three units and right 2 units and graph the point (2,2). then you go up 3 units and right 2 units and graph the point (4,5) and keep repeating the pattern. after you've plotted all the points, you connect them all with a line. hope this helps!
