In which situation would the heterozygous phenotype be somewhere between (a blending of) the two homozygous phenotypes? a) co dominance b) incomplete dominance c) independent assortment d) multiple alleles

Answer :

B. Incomplete Dominance

In some situations, there is neither a dominant nor recessive gene. For ex, a RR (red) flower and WW (white) flower might lead to RW (pink). The latter case is one  where there is less red (when compared to RR) rather than the red dominating the white. Thus  it is a decrease in "redness" that results in RW.
