Palestine and Israel.
There were two Oslo Accords, both aimed at making a peace process in the Middle East, specifically in Israel and Palestine. Both countries were made to sign this decree and for each country to mutually recognize the other. It did not found a Palestinian state, but it let the Palestinians individually govern Gaza and the West Bank. A number of key agreements were also made during this period of Oslo Accords. The peace process was also sometimes threatened amid tensions between the two countries.
