(I don't know where to post this, because there isn't a French section.) Many people like to eat at the sidewalk cafés in Paris because it is interesting to sit outside of the café on the sidewalk and talk with friends or simply people-watch. True or False?

I think this might be under "Social Studies" since it doesn't require knowledge of the French language.

From what I know, this is true; I do see people eating out on verandas outside the respective restaurant, often taking up a lot of space from the sidewalk's own.  
True, the French love to talk to friends and people watch. PS there is a French section
