There are a couple of parts in each Greek play written in the ancient times, and here they are: 1. Prologue (the prologue is a type of an introduction to the play, where characters and setting are introduced. The author helps the readers/the audience understand better the plot of his play based on this Prologue); 2. Parodos (Parodos is a song, which is sung by the choir in the beginning of the play These songs are quite important in plays because they make various comments on the events of the play and help everyone understand better what is going on); 3. Episode (episodes are all the events in which characters talk and interact. They are similar to ACTS in modern plays); 4. Stasimon (a Stasimon is a song by the chorus which again comments on the events that have just happened); 5. Exodos (exodos is the final song that the chorus sings that is the ending of that play and presents all the outcomes)
