20 minutes per fixture.
24 fixtures per floor. = 20*24 = 480 minutes per floor
4 floors. = 1920 minutes total.
1920 minutes = 32 hours (divide by 60)

32 hours/2 electritians = 16 hours per person
16 hours per person/8 hours per work day = 2 work days.
