Taxco is a small city in Mexico where many silver items produced. Taxco is often attributed to having silver mines, as well as making jewelry, silverware and other products with it's abundant silver. There even operated a large-scale mining operation in the city, which is now closing down. Taxco is known for it's picturesque landscapes and homes and this makes it very touristy, as well as it's silverware is seen as top-notch.
