The pair of gravitational forces between the Earth and anything else
act between the center of the Earth and the center of the other thing.
When the other thing is you, one force of gravity attracts your center
of mass toward the center of the Earth, and the other one attracts the
center of the Earth toward your center of mass.
The forces are equal. Your weight on Earth is exactly equal to
the Earth's weight on you.
By the way ... we have a special name for the direction of the force of gravity
that pulls on us, and maybe this is what you were thinking of when you wrote
your question. We call that direction "down". We think of it as one single
direction, but 'down' is actually a different direction at every point on Earth.
