Office hours state they (reception) are open from 8am to 8pm; however upon arrival to the hotel no one was there to greet us, or other paying customers at 6pm. "Guesturant" restaurant also appears to be closed more often than it is open... What's the point in saying you offer a restaurant if it's never actually available for customers to use? The units are smelly and unclean. It's honestly as if they have gone around frivolously spraying 'oust 3 in 1' in order to cover the odour from previous guests; thus creating quite an overpowering and sickening stench that doesn't seem to dissipate no matter how long you leave the ranch sliding door and windows wide open. Although it doesn't have a lock, the bathroom door appears to stick rather firmly and takes quite a bit of force to re-open. If you were staying here alone this could cause quite a safety hazard given that the window cannot be fully opened either; meaning you would simply have to scream or call for help. The bathroom tap also runs far too hot and surely can't meet current health and safety standards- as you honestly burn your hands after approximately 40 seconds of hand washing. The shower has no holder to place your bathroom products, so your only options are to either place them on the ground or on the upper edge of the shower glass itself. All in all a bad experience considering what my family have paid, did not match online description at all, and unless things mentioned were to swiftly change, I would not recommend this place to others!
