The organelles that perform protein synthesis in a cell are the ribosomes. Ribosomes are responsible for translating the genetic information from the DNA into proteins. They can be found either floating freely in the cytoplasm or attached to the endoplasmic reticulum.
For the function of transporting cell secretions, the organelles involved are the Golgi apparatus and vesicles. The Golgi apparatus processes, sorts, and packages proteins and lipids into vesicles for transport within or outside the cell. These vesicles then carry the cell secretions to their intended destinations, such as the cell membrane for secretion outside the cell.
