112 ENGLISH LANGUAGE Today, land has become such a precious factor in wealth creation and production with numerous transactions, transfers and interests being created on land. Ideally, the process of acquiring land should be straight forward, free of conflict and as stress free as is possible, while protecting the rights of the interested people. Because of abuse of land acquisition procedures, issues of fraud and land conflict have become common, and the process of purchasing land has become almost synonymous with conmen. Use the internet to research about land cases in Uganda and write a composition of about 300-350 words explaining how land can be acquired without incidents of corruption.
