Gender-based violence is a critical issue that society addresses through various responses. Common statements heard include victim-blaming, normalization of violence, and disbelief towards survivors, which reflect societal challenges in addressing this issue.

Creating an alternate setting to address this challenge involves community education programs, awareness campaigns, safe spaces for survivors, advocating for policy changes, and fostering a culture of zero tolerance towards gender-based violence.
