JCIDS considers all domains of DOTMLPF-P, but ultimately classifies solutions into two categories:
a. Capabilities Development Document (CDD) and Initial Capabilities Document (ICD)
b. Materiel and non-materiel
c. Key Performance Parameters (KPPs)and Key Systems Attributes (KSAs)
d. DOTMLPF-P Change Request (DCR) and DOTMLPF-P Intergrated Change Request (DICR)
