One of the best strategies is trusting your gut. Having a bad feeling or thought about a topic being suggested is a clear indication of you being uncomfortable and unwilling to continue with whatever is going on! However, some can find this difficult. Therefore, another strategy could be consulting a trusted person in your life who is guaranteed to advise what’s best FOR YOU, not for anyone else. This is just some steps I take to handle peer pressure or any uncomfortable situation I might find myself.
