Summarize the steps of Lewins change model
Lewin's change model consists of three main steps: unfreezing, changing, and refreezing.
Unfreezing: This involves preparing the organization or individuals for change by creating awareness of the need for change and breaking down the existing mindset or resistance to change.
Changing: In this step, the actual change is implemented. New practices, processes, or behaviors are introduced and adopted, often with the help of training, communication, and support.
Refreezing: Once the change is implemented, efforts are made to stabilize the new state, reinforcing the changes through support systems, rewards, and recognition, making them the new norm.
