As a manager, it is your responsibility to manage your employees, monitor their performance, and hopefully, apply your managerial skills to help them to achieve their best performance to meet the organization’s goals. But every employee is different. What motivates one employee may not work for another.
Think about two very different people who do the same job, perhaps from a current or former employer.
