Candidate #1
Justin Banks is a 29-year-old with a bachelor's degree in business. He is an active volunteer for the YMCA's Black Achievers program in which he participated during middle and high school.
During college he had a successful internship with ABC Banking. After
graduating with his degree, he secured a job as a financial analyst for a large mortgage company. Though Justin does
not have specific experience in advertising, he has been on the marketing team at his current company and has helped
grow their business. Justin's goal is to one day open his own public
relations business.
Candidate #2
Ashaki All is a 22-year-old female who just graduated from college with a bachelor's degree in communications. While in college, she was president of the Arab Student Association and an
activist for women's and children's rights. She completed a one-year internship at a large technology corporation in the United Arab Emirates. Ashaki
has strong interpersonal skills and is
fluent (both speaking and writing) in three languages. Ashaki's goal is to one day start her own company.

Kathryn Barrett is a successful 34-year-old female with a bachelor's degree in marketing. She earned her MBA (master's in business) three years ago in order to give herself a better edge in
