Same in value means two or more things that are equal or equivalent to each orher.
Such as: fractions like 1/2 and 2/4
(they are the same in value because they are equal to each other when they are simplified)
If you mean algebraically, expressions like 3x+5 and 2x+8-x
they are the same in value if they simplify to the SAME expression. (which would be 3x+5)
