I'm not entirely sure how your teacher is weighting things, so I could be wrong. But I think you'll just add up the scores and divide by 4 to get the overall average.
(71.5+66+67.5+61.83)/4 = 266.83/4 = 66.7075
It would be best to ask your teacher since she or he would know their grading system.
