First Day at a New School

Today is Monica's first day at school. As Monica reaches school, she says "Bye!" to her mother. Her teacher, Helen, asks her to talk to other children. She is very excited to make new friends. So Monica talks to Sherry, Joe, and Steffi. She learns that Sherry is a good dancer, Joe a good singer, and Steffi a good actor. When she thinks about herself, she is not happy.

After she reaches home, her mother asks her why she is sad. She tells her mother about her new friends. So her mother tells her that all children are special in their own way. This makes her happy again. She awaits going to school the next day.
