### Background

Bullying occurs in all schools, regardless of their size, geographical location, racial composition, or access to money and resources. It is a form of abuse that may cause physical damage and always causes psychological damage.

### Task: Collect Information

1. Design a Questionnaire to research and analyze the following sub-topics:
- Definition of Bullying According to Age and Gender: Do people of different ages and genders define bullying differently?
- Experiences of Being Bullied: Do people of different ages and genders have different experiences of bullying?
- Different Attitudes Towards Reporting Abuse: How do people of different ages and genders feel about reporting abuse?
- The Role of Adults and the Example They Set Regarding Bullying: How do adults encourage bullying (even if they do not know it)? How do adults discourage bullying?
- The Responsibility of Peers, Adults, and the School to Prevent Bullying and Abuse.

2. Administer the Questionnaire (outside of class time):
- Ask ten learners from different grades (five boys and five girls) and four adults (two men and two women) to complete your questionnaire.
- Discuss the topic of your project with each person and then give them a copy of your questionnaire to fill in. Ensure they understand all your questions.
- If the person cannot fill in the questionnaire immediately, agree on a date when they will submit it. Ensure there is enough time before the due date.
