Write a letter to The Editor of the Dexley Express, 13 Main Street, Dexley DX2 4LZ, about the plan to ban dogs from local parks.

In your letter, you should:
- Explain what you think of the points of view expressed in the newspaper.
- Give your opinion on whether or not dogs should be banned from local parks.
