Answer :

Find the square root of 64 ( which is 8) and the square root of 25 (which is 5). You now have 8/5 with no square root ( because you found the square root of both the numerator and the denominator thus eliminating the square root).
√64/25 = 8/5

All you have to do is find the root of both the numbers and just put it over.
