natural selection, heredity and variation
Conservation biologists are most interested in
which three evolutionary mechanisms are the natural selection, heredity and
variation. These three mechanisms comprises the whole fundamental elements of
Darwin’s theory of evolution which is the principles of evolutionary developmental
biology. Furthermore, the natural selection concerns itself with survival of
the fittest, as this theory suggests that adaptation is key to survival and the
primal instincts of organisms were carried out as set in our genes –heredity.
Naturally occurring and innate functions.
