You can find the answer by first writing 5 blanks and labeling the place values and then tackling each clue one by one.

The first clue says that it is the largest number 5-digit number you can make with all odd numbers. The highest single digit odd number is 9 so at first I guessed 99,999 but that didn't match the other clues.
Then you tackled clue 2, which is that the ten thousands digit is three times (or thrice) the ones digit. Because I want it to be the highest number possible I made the ten thousands a 9. 9 divided by 3 is 3. That makes the ten thousands place three times the ones place.

Clue 3 tells you that the thousands digit is two more than the hundreds digit. Again, you want the number to make the highest possible so you place a 9 in the thousands place. 2 less than that is 7, which is what goes in the hundreds place.
